Breakfast ( DIM – Did It Myself )



What about this to start the day?
– Tang Kwei ( or: Tang Kuei, Dang Quai ) instant noodles (2nd pic) with some vegies added– carrots and cocumber slices. Note the small, red, grape-like things– those are Goji Berries, I added those myself too.
– Canned Tuna (some black pepper sprinkled on top)
– fresh tomato

Ewww? Ok…ok. This is surely unglamorous food to many, and yes definitely not pic-worthy. But google Goji Berries and Tang Kwei…

Now, the whole package -carbs, vegies, protein, and Chinese Herbal Medicine- that’s a power breakfast!
