Yet another fish stew, Fish sinigang, the simplest way.
The fish is a tri-band bass, my first time to try it for sinigang actually and it’s just as good as the Filipino favorites milkfish, tilapia and tulingan (tuna). This time instead of vinegar to sour, I put tomatoes.
Everything topped to some rice…
