Fried fish, boiled okra, and boiled bamboo shoots or bamboo sprouts.
The bamboo shoots are boiled fresh, cubed bigger than bite size, and slathered with mayonaise. I actually find the mayonnaise rather strange, it must have been adapted just recently like the Japanese did.
The fish, I found out today, is saury. I never saw this kind of fish in the Philippines, much like I never see galunggong (hard tail mackerel/round scad) in Taiwan.
